None:
Multiple myeloma (MM) belongs to the hematological malignancies and the overall incidence of MM is on the rise across the world. Over the last few decades, increased attention has been paid to the development and pathogenesis of MM. Significant changes have also been witnessed in the paradigm for the treatment of MM, including proteasome inhibitors, immunomodulators and anti CD38 monoclonal antibodies, which have significantly improved the survival of patients. The increasing focus on nanomedicine stems from its capacity to enhance the treatment of MM-by reducing systemic side effects and enabling more precise therapeutic targeting. This review summarizes current advances in nanomedicine-based treatment options for MM and disscusses the superior efficacy of biomimetic nanoparticles exploiting bone marrow homing. It also covers the potential of mRNA nano‑vaccines (eg, Galsomes and BCMA‑mRNA LNPs) and the improved safety profiles of liposomal formulations compared to free drugs. This review will provide further insight into developing treatment strategies for MM.

Cancer Therapies
However, cancer treatments can pose several challenges, as therapies used to kill cancer cells are generally also toxic to normal cells. Moreover, cancer cells mutate rapidly and can develop resistance to chemical agents or radiation therapy. Besides, all types of cancer cells may not respond to the same therapy. Some cancer cells respond to one...
