Treatment for anterior instability in the setting of subcritical bone loss remains challenging. The addition of labral deficiency or an irreparable labrum can further complicate treatment strategies. Different treatment options have been proposed, including Bankart repair with remplissage, bone block procedures, and dynamic augmentation. Labral reconstruction utilizing semitendinosus allograft with knotless anchor fixation may provide an efficient and reproducible method for adding stability to the shoulder.
