Uncovering Neuropathic Pain in CANVAS: Lessons from a Case-Based Literature Review

Neuropathic pain is a common symptom in Cerebellar ataxia with neuronopathy and vestibular areflexia syndrome (CANVAS), affecting nearly half of patients. This pain can be an early indicator, highlighting the need for prompt diagnosis and genetic testing.
