Abstract:
Solid tumors develop in local microenvironments that are embedded in a whole-body neural regulatory network. By translating host physiology into tumor biology across acute, cumulative, and structural timescales, the body's neural regulatory network influences metastatic risk and treatment response, identifying opportunities for therapeutic intervention.
