Summary

Intra-arterial CT angiography (IA-CTA) is more effective than digital subtraction angiography (DSA) for identifying the small blood vessels in adhesive capsulitis. IA-CTA offers improved sensitivity and reader agreement for detecting synovial neovascularization.
