Choroidal Detachment in a Patient on a CPAP Therapy

This case study highlights a rare instance of choroidal detachment in a patient undergoing continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy. Treatment with corticosteroids and IOP-lowering medications led to resolution.
