Prognostic Significance of SIRI and SII in Posttraumatic Hydrocephalus Following Traumatic Brain Injury

Posttraumatic hydrocephalus (PTH) after traumatic brain injury (TBI) is challenging to diagnose. Elevated inflammatory markers, Systemic Inflammatory Response Index (SIRI) and Systemic Immune Inflammation Index (SII), are significantly associated with PTH development and outcomes.
