Abstract:
A 66-year-old man with a history of 50 pack-years of cigarette use, hypertension, type 2 diabetes mellitus, OSA, and a left upper lobe lung nodule that had been stable on imaging for nearly 2 years presented with dizziness. His vital signs were within normal limits; the rest of the examination was notable for a bony protuberance from the vertex of the calvarium to the right side of the skull.
