Summary

Plaque-like CD34-positive dermal fibroma (PDF) and medallion-like dermal dendrocyte hamartoma (MDDH) lesions may represent two distinct clinicopathologic patterns. Recognizing these patterns aids in differentiating them from other CD34-positive spindle-cell tumors.
