Oligogenic inheritance in epilepsy: A systematic exome-wide analysis

Investigating genetic epilepsy, this study explored both single-gene (monogenic) and multiple-gene (oligogenic) inheritance. While no definitive oligogenic causes were found, individual oligogenic analysis proved feasible for epilepsy patients.
