Summary

Early cognitive impairment (CI) is common in pediatric multiple sclerosis (MS) and myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein antibody-associated disease (MOGAD). Complex attention deficits were observed in both conditions, with MS also affecting visuospatial skills.
