The crystal structure of the title compound {systematic name: [bis(pro-p-2-en-1-yl)car-bam-o-di-thio-ato-κ2 S,S'](2-methyl-quino-line-κN)zinc(II)}, [Zn(C7H10NS2)2(C10H9N)] the heteroleptic complex reveals supra-molecular dimers established by π-π inter-actions between adjacent quinaldine units with a centroid-centroid distance of 3.672 (2) Å. The compound crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system, space group P1, with the ZnII atom exhibiting a trigonal-bipyramidal geometry.
