Abstract:
The 2-alkanoyl-9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl (abbreviated as Amoc) protecting group was obtained by introducing an alkanoyl group onto Fmoc. By introducing an alkyl acyl group with a moderate electron-withdrawing ability at the 2-position of Fmoc, Amoc can be easily removed with a 0.5%-2% piperidine or piperazine solution, thereby avoiding many problems associated with the Fmoc strategy, enabling green peptide synthesis, and improving the quality of the crude product.
