Summary

Treating metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC) with immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) is complex in patients with autoimmune diseases like minimal change disease (MCD). A multidisciplinary approach successfully enabled ICI therapy by adjusting immunosuppression, leading to a positive treatment response.
