Two Forgotten Ipsilateral Double J Stents Managed in a Single Session: A Rare Endourologic Challenge

Dual forgotten Double J (DJ) stents, retained for extended periods, can cause severe encrustation and stones. A single-session tri-modality approach successfully removed these complex ureteral stents, preserving renal function.
