Abstract:
Paranasal mucoceles are benign lesions causing bone erosion with orbital and intracranial extension. An 11-year-old male presented with right orbital proptosis with restricted movement. Computed tomography and Magnetic Resonance Imaging revealed a fronto-ethmoidal mucocele involving orbit. Endoscopic marsupialization with drainage and orbital decompression achieved complete clinical and radiological resolution.
