Abstract:
We report a case of enterogastric bile reflux (EGBR) identified in a 60-year-old man during a 99mTc-Sestamibi myocardial perfusion SPECT scan. Due to its hepatobiliary clearance being analogous to that of 99mTc-EHIDA, 99mTc-Sestamibi could help to detect EGBR, which highlights its potential as an additional diagnostic tool.

Radionuclide Testing
Radionuclide testing is a sophisticated medical technique for assessing gastrointestinal motility. It focuses on gastric emptying and colonic transit time. Radioactive markers track the movement of food through the digestive system, providing insights into gastrointestinal disorders.

Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE)
TTE is the most common type of echocardiogram which involves placing a transducer on the patient's chest, emitting sound waves to create heart images. TTE is invaluable for evaluating the heart's size, structure, and motion, making it particularly useful for diagnosing...
