Antibacterial Effect of the In Vitro Interaction Between Clotrimazole and Chlorhexidine Against Staphylococcus

The chlorhexidine (CHX)-clotrimazole (CLT) combination shows improved effectiveness against Staphylococcus pseudintermedius, a common cause of canine pyoderma. This study supports its use as a topical treatment alternative for multidrug-resistant infections.
