A rare gallbladder cancer, primary mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue (MALT) lymphoma, presented as pancreatitis in a patient with cirrhosis. Surgical management and surveillance led to a two-year disease-free outcome, highlighting atypical presentations of gallbladder MALT lymphoma.
