Summary

Different scoring methods impact executive function (EF) measurement in children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Accuracy-dominant scores, like the Rate Corrected Score (RCS), better detect cognitive flexibility deficits in ADHD than speed-based scores.
