Pace-Mapped Induction as a Surrogate for Entrainment Mapping in Ventricular Tachycardia

Pace-mapped induction (PMI) successfully identified critical ventricular tachycardia (VT) circuits in a patient with scar-mediated VT, even when hemodynamically unstable. This method offers an alternative to traditional entrainment mapping for VT ablation.
