Lactobacillus paragasseri OLL2716 Promotes Ghrelin Expression in Gastric Cells

LG21 yogurt, containing Lactobacillus paragasseri OLL2716, increases ghrelin production in gastric cells. This strain-specific effect, observed in vitro, suggests a role for LG21 in modulating gastric function and hormone secretion.
