Summary

Radical prostatectomy Grade Group (GG), tumor volume (TV), and prostate-specific antigen density (PSAD) are key predictors of lymph node metastasis (LN+). Higher GG, larger TV, and higher PSAD increase LN+ risk in prostate cancer patients.
