To address non-radiative recombination at the SnO2/perovskite buried interface, we utilize 5,5'-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid) (DTNB) for dual-function modulation. The carboxyl groups can passivate undercoordinated Sn4+/Pb2+ defects, while cleavable disulfide bonds release sulfur radicals to boost SnO2 conductivity, yielding a champion carbon-based CsPbBr3 efficiency of 11.16% with significantly enhanced stability.
