Abstract:
CXCL12 is commonly produced by laborious inclusion-body refolding approaches. Here, we present a fast, scalable, and low-cost method for producing biologically active CXCL12/SDF-1 isoforms in E. coli within two days using a nanobody solubility partner, enabling simple and fast in-house production of the chemokines for multiple research applications.
