Introduction:
Digital business networks are increasingly exposed to complex cyber threats, making the identification and prioritization of cyber resilience drivers essential for organizational stability. This study aims to identify, structure, and prioritize key cyber resilience drivers relevant to digital business network environments.
Methods:
To achieve this objective, an expert-based multi-criteria decision-making framework was developed by integrating Dual-Grey DEMATEL and Adaptive SWARA. Dual-Grey DEMATEL was used to analyze the interrelationships among resilience drivers under uncertainty, while Adaptive SWARA was applied to determine their relative importance based on expert evaluations.
Results:
The findings reveal the most influential drivers that organizations should prioritize to strengthen cyber resilience capabilities within interconnected digital ecosystems.
Discussion:
The study provides a structured decision-support perspective for managers and researchers seeking to improve cyber resilience planning in digitally connected business environments. Methodologically, this exploratory study contributes by integrating grey-based causal analysis with adaptive weighting to support resilience-oriented decision-making under uncertainty.
