None:
Toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN) is a severe and potentially fatal cutaneous reaction secondary to the use of drugs, including celecoxib. Celecoxib is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that is widely prescribed to relieve arthralgia because of its better gastrointestinal tolerance. However, it may also be responsible for skin reactions, most of which are benign. Serious cutaneous adverse reactions have been reported in the form of acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis (AGEP). TEN secondary to celecoxib is poorly documented. Discontinuation of the suspected or causative drug(s), transfer of the patient to a specialist unit as quickly as possible, and supportive care are the cornerstones of patient management.

Pharmacovigilance
This process, termed pharmacovigilance, aims to detect, evaluate, and minimize harmful effects related to medication use. The data collection for pharmacovigilance depends on spontaneous reporting systems, where healthcare professionals or patients voluntarily report suspected ADRs.
