[Mediastinal ganglioneuroma (author's transl)]

One case of a mediastinal ganglioneuroma in a two years old girl is reported. The radiologic features of the tumor are discussed, concerning to the paradoxical tumor volume and its placement. Clinical, radiological and therapeutic considerations about this condition are made.
