Abstract:
A novel dual-template magnetic molecularly imprinted polymers (DMMIPs) are successfully synthesized on the surface of Fe3O4@SiO2-C = C particles via the surface imprinting method using template molecules hydrocortisone (HC) and prednisolone (PSL), functional monomer methacrylamide, and cross-linker ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as raw materials. Combined with high-performance liquid chromatography technology, the simultaneous purification and analysis of HC and PSL in dairy products and feeds are achieved. The DMMIPs exhibit excellent selective recognition ability for both target substances. For HC, the LOD and LOQ of this method are 2.9 and 9.1 ng mL-1, while for PSL, the corresponding values are 1.3 and 3.7 ng mL-1. In the actual sample detection, the spiked recovery rates of HC range from 87.65% to 100.88%. For PSL, the recovery ranges from 89.56% to 100.49%. The experimental results indicate that these DMMIPs are highly effective in the separation and purification of HC and PSL in complex matrices. PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS: Dual-template imprinting creates specific recognition sites for simultaneous multi-target capture, while magnetic cores enable rapid separation, simplifying sample pre-processing.
