Abstract:
Pollen and pollen tubes are important structures for sexual reproduction in plants. The study of these structures is of great significance for understanding biological processes such as plant fertilization mechanisms, cell polarity growth, cell wall synthesis, and signal transduction. With the advancement of microscopic imaging technology, researchers have gained a deeper understanding of the ultrastructure of pollen and pollen tubes. This article summarizes the research methods for the ultrastructure of pollen and pollen tubes, including scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron microscope (TEM).
