Abstract:
Electronic transport through a giant polyoxometalate {Mo154}-ring nanojunction with 40-nm-gap electrodes was investigated under high vacuum after removal of crystalline water. The nanojunction devices exhibit electronic nonlinear I-V characteristics and volatile memristive behavior.
