Abstract:
Unveiling the role of miRNAs in regulating gene expression is crucial for developing the most effective drugs and therapies, for example, in cancer. To this end, the complex interplay between miRNAs and transcription factors, ncRNAs, genetic/epigenetic events, diseases, and drugs must be taken into consideration. The aim of this chapter is to illustrate the usage of specialized web platforms that aim to dissect this complexity through the construction and analysis of miRNA regulatory networks.
