Abstract:
Internal root resorption in a previously endodontically treated maxillary molar is an exceptionally rare finding. This case demonstrates that CBCT is essential for accurate lesion characterization, and obturation with Cold Ceramic yielded a favorable short-term radiographic stabilization at 15-month follow-up in the nonsurgical retreatment of IRR; longer-term follow-up is required.
