A research partnership model frames university-clinical collaboration as central to strengthening medical radiation sciences research capacity. By aligning students, academics, clinicians, resources, ethics processes, skills development and outputs, the model supports sustainable, evidence-informed practice with potential benefits for patients and professionals.
