Abstract:
Spontaneous cervical epidural hematoma should be suspected in patients with acute neck pain and stroke-like neurological deficits. We report a 36-year-old man managed conservatively after early neurological improvement. Initial cervical MRI demonstrated a posterior epidural mass-like lesion, whereas serial MRI demonstrated progressive regression and resolution.
