Abstract:
The Radix High Spreader Graft is designed to restore dorsal alignment and improve the radix-dorsum transition by extending traditional spreader grafts superiorly into the bony radix region. By anchoring the graft within 2-mm osseous grooves created with a micromotor, this technique provides structural stability, axis correction, and controlled dorsal augmentation. The procedure is particularly useful in secondary rhinoplasty and in patients with dorsal asymmetry or low radix height.
