Abstract:
The interradicular course of the inferior alveolar nerve represents a significant challenge for oral surgeon. In this context, ultrasonic surgery may provide a precise and safe alternative for sectioning of impacted third molar roots, particularly in procedures involving mandibular molars with an interradicular course of the inferior alveolar nerve.
