Abstract:
Isolated right ventricular hypoplasia is an extremely rare congenital heart disease, reported primarily in pediatric patients, and standardized treatment strategies remain unestablished in exceptionally uncommon adult cases. Here, we report a 54-year-old man diagnosed with isolated right ventricular hypoplasia who was successfully treated with one-and-a-half ventricle repair and fenestrated atrial septal defect closure.
