Abstract:
Two tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) based covalent organic frameworks (COFs) TTF-BPDA and TTF-Bpy are successfully deposited on antimony chalcogenides films and served as interface layers for antimony chalcogenide solar cells. The TTF-based COFs passivated the defects, increased the charge transfer ability and improved the band bending alignment, resulting a superior Voc and Jsc. Finally, after multiple optimizations, the photovoltaic performances of Sb-based solar cells were uprisen from 7.14% to 8.80%, with an increase of over 20%. The results demonstrated that COF materials were highly effective in improving the performance of Sb-based solar cells.
