Abstract:
Quantitative analysis of host-guest systems involving multiple equilibria remains challenging because several species coexist, typically requiring reference systems or multiple measurements. Here, we report a 1H NMR method that enables estimation of multiple binding constants for diastereomeric host-guest complexes from a single spectrum without using a reference system.
