Corrigendum: "Survival Outcomes of Crowns with and without Repaired Endodontic Access Cavities: A Retrospective Propensity Score Matching Study" by Sinkanarak P, Osiri S, Chotvorrarak K. Eur Endod J 2025; 10(5) doi: 10.14744/eej.2025.26122. Upon reviewing the manuscript, the authors found that the ethics approval number was inadvertently stated incorrectly in the Materials and Methods, Study Design section (page 375) and in the Disclosures, Ethics Committee Approval statement (page 385). The number that appeared in the publication (MU-DT/PY-IRB 2024/DT017) was an internal project reference number used by the administrative unit responsible for ethics oversight, rather than the official ethics approval identifier assigned by the Institutional Review Board. The correct ethics approval number is MU-DT/PY-IRB 2024/014.2103, and it has been corrected accordingly. The study was conducted under valid ethical approval, and this change does not affect the study design, methodology, data, analyses, results, or conclusions of the study.
