Abstract:
This study describes alkali metal carbonate (Na and K)-carbon composites for CO2 capture under humid conditions. While the Na2CO3 composite shows high performance for humid 100% CO2 but extremely poor DAC performance, the K2CO3 composite exhibits moderate 100% CO2 capture and outstanding, high-performance DAC capability.
