Abstract:
Idiopathic multicentric Castleman disease can rarely present with systemic inflammation and erosive seronegative polyarthritis. Awareness of this association helps prevent misdiagnosis and ensures appropriate immunosuppressive management based on clinicopathological and immunohistochemical correlation. Careful multidisciplinary evaluation is essential to distinguish this uncommon presentation from autoimmune and lymphoproliferative disorders in clinical practice.
