Abstract:
In persistent HPS-related hypoxemia after LT, prolonged VV-ECMO can serve as a bridge to recovery when conventional oxygenation strategies fail. Serial contrast-enhanced echocardiography and multidisciplinary management may support weaning decisions and the management of ECMO-related complications.
