Abstract:
Neurolymphomatosis associated with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is extremely rare. Thus, we report a case of imaging findings of neurolymphomatosis in a 60-year-old man with MCL who developed acute neurological symptoms after complete remission. On 18F-FDG PET/CT and brain PET/MR, it presents as multiple spinal root or nerve enlargement with intense FDG uptake. The final diagnosis confirmed recurrent neurolymphomatosis of MCL.
