Quantitative assay of pyrazofurin, a new antiviral, antitumor antibiotic
Antimicrobial Agents and Chemotherapy
|January 1, 1974
Abstract:
Pyrazofurin, a carbon-linked nucleoside, has been previously reported to possess antiviral and antitumor activity. The antagonistic effect of pyrazofurin against Neurospora crassa has been utilized to develop a quantitative assay for the compound.
