Abstract:
Combined use of S-ICD and LP provides an effective alternative for patients requiring defibrillation and pacing while avoiding transvenous leads. This strategy is particularly valuable for patients with a high risk of infection, though careful consideration must be given to minimizing potential device-device interactions.
