Abstract:
The very basic concepts of components regarding dietary food upholds providing reinforcement to the cells, tissues, organs for physiological activities. Each dietary food type gives unique nutrition, strength and serves chemical compound required for the organism to perform any different function such as metabolism (catabolism and anabolism), growth, development and senescence. Protein is one of the dietary foods among dietary food types i.e. carbohydrates, lipids, fats and essential oil. Plant proteins consumption rate are very less when compared to the consumption of animal protein as food. Now a days, plant protein researches are undergoing, with the advancements especially high throughput extrusion technology with pharmacy analysis. Based on the structure and composition variation in plant and animal based dietary, their digestion and absorption rate differ significantly. Meanwhile, the functional uniqueness of the both protein basis is astounding to the biological world. A Plant protein can't be replaced by animal protein and vice versa. This article review confers the evolution of dietary proteins derived from the plant and animal as existing applications to the large-scale sustainable production in significance with the biotechnology advancements.
