Abstract:
This review summarizes recent advances in multi-omics research on chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP), focusing on lipidomics, proteomics, and transcriptomics. CRSwNP is a highly heterogeneous disease characterized by persistent inflammation, epithelial barrier dysfunction, and tissue remodeling, with high recurrence and variable treatment responses. Current studies are mostly limited to single-omics analyses, and few achieve systematic cross-layer integration. This review integrates evidence from three omics layers to construct a continuous pathological network, identify stable and translatable biomarkers, and support stratified management and precision therapy.
