Abstract:
Undifferentiated embryonal sarcoma of the liver (UESL) is a rare pediatric malignancy requiring prompt histopathological diagnosis. Neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by extended right hepatectomy can achieve complete tumor necrosis with negative margins. A multidisciplinary approach is essential for favorable outcomes in pediatric UESL.
